Research is a compulsory and one of the most significant components at 10X. The research papers must be systematic, thorough, and require intense examinations or study of a subject, frequently using hypothesis and experimentation to uncover new information, facts, ideas, rules, and laws. At 10X, research is primarily creative and methodical work done to add to the body of knowledge, including the body of information about people, culture, and society, and the use of this body of knowledge to create new applications. They would have at least two practical papers which would have been prepared by the time students complete their 10X programme.

The blended learning model has been strategically implemented at 10X by dividing the program between 4 days of offline classes at the campus and 1 day of online classes every week. The online days are dedicated towards SDLs and personal projects. Blockchain E- Portfolio Blockchain E- Portfolio
10 X International School’s Blockchain enabled Klefki DigiCert is an entity based personalised e-Portfolio. The school and its affiliates issue credentials to students on a Customized School Branded Digital Certificate Templates. Students continuously track their learning and achievements on this dashboard. This is available both in Mobile wallet and on the Online web portal. Students build their personal e-Portfolio on this dashboard privately and permanently in a secure manner. The school will add testimonials, feedback and goals for individual students to each portfolio and approve it. This facility enables students to share their Portfolio with Verifiers, Placement cells, Universities, Employers, etc. with instant online Verification by school on Blockchain.

In the recent years, drones have become increasingly popular as a tool for teaching and learning in educational settings. At our school, we have incorporated drone-based learning into our curriculum to provide students with unique opportunities to explore and learn about the world around them. One of the most significant advantages of using drones in education is the ability to provide students with hands-on, experiential learning opportunities. Drones can be used to teach students about various topics such as science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEAM) subjects, as well as geography, history, and environmental studies. Students can also use drones to collect data, create maps, and analyze patterns in real-time, providing them with invaluable insights into complex issues. As a school, we are committed to providing our students with innovative and cutting-edge learning experiences that help them develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the 21st century.

At 10X Community Service is not something our students are involved in just when they find time, nor is it an activity they do for brownie points or to look good. They create the valued time and prioritize service to the community. We believe that nurturing the ‘Moral Man’, is a value driven youngster who is able to think beyond his immediate self. We have our students go through a process of self Empathy, moving towards empathy, taking up community service and seeking a personal vision and higher purpose. Field trips to various charitable organizations are undertaken to expose students to the diverse opportunities available to serve and make a difference. Our students learn to discover themselves – based on their interests, skills, and inclination and are able to choose, initiate and work on projects that seem meaningful to them.

Design Thinking
The Design Thinking Process at 10X is an integral part of the project-based learning environment. The teaching methodology includes a creative and systematic approach to problem solving. The students are taken on a journey of empathizing, defining problems, ideating, prototyping, and testing. This allows them to come up with innovative solutions to real-world problems. As part of the learning process, the students are also taught important skill sets including observation, collaboration, fast-learning, visualization of ideas, and rapid prototyping. These activities are particularly useful for all courses, particularly for those with complicated, multi-faceted, and trans-disciplinary topics.

The core idea of incorporating exponential technologies like Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality is to make the learning more immersive and hands-on. One of the main reasons why VR is being used, is for the support of high interactivity and the ability to present a virtual environment that resembles the real world. Moreover, Students are taught to design their own Concept based 3D models to intensify one’s learning experience.

STEAM stands for: Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math.
The STEAM curriculum is an extension of the science/math curricula, and it includes hands-on activities and experimentation that emphasize the application of scientific concepts as we experience them in our daily lives. The STEAM lab being an extension of our STEAM education approach, uses arts integration to convert STEM ideas into meaningful personal projects. The targeted 21st century skills addressed through STEAM are vital to preparing a generation of critical thinkers and successful scientists.
The main objectives of the STEAM lab are:
To Build the student’s background knowledge of concepts both in the sciences and humanities using sensory experiences
Instil the skills of problem-solving, critical thinking, and innovation in our students
Enhance the student’s creativity
Practice the engineering process of brainstorming, planning, creating, improving, and communicating
Improve team building and collaboration among students
